The Fuse blows as soon as you try to move the hopper
Unplug the base and try moving the hopper with the joystick as the base may be defective.
The joystick may be defective or a wire may have fallen off inside the joystick box.
On the single motor units, the power cable connects to the snubber board and then to the motor. The snubber board may be defective. Remove and bypass the snubber board.
Test the motor with jumper cables and another battery.
